U.S. PIRG DIGITAL CAMPAIGNER

Turn your online skills into political action, running a powerful digital campaign to engage our hundreds of thousands of supporters.

Organize Online For The Public Interest

Every day, whether it’s in Washington, D.C., a state capitol, or a corporate boardroom, someone is making a decision that will affect all of us -- it could be about our health, our safety or our democracy.

Special interest groups spend billions of dollars to influence these decisions. Someone needs to speak for the public interest. As a U.S. PIRG Digital Campaigner, that’s what you’ll do.

We’re looking for people with sharp writing skills who are tech savvy, strategic, creative and have a talent for activating people on social media.

What It Means To Be A Digital Campaigner

Whether we're working to get thousands of people to take action on a campaign, raising money to fund an ad campaign to bring our work to a wider audience, or updating and engaging our members and supporters, digital campaigners are integral members of our team, creating and posting content on a daily basis to help us win.

Digital Campaigners help us design and win campaigns on issues from public health to protecting consumers. You’ll write emails and campaign actions that we’ll send to hundreds of thousands of our supporters. You'll design and curate content for social media, engaging with members and followers across the country. You’ll coordinate with our field team of campaign organizers, supporting the work they’re doing on the ground with emails and web updates. And you'll develop partnerships and creative online tactics to build our audience and raise money, while analyzing the results of your work and holding yourself and others accountable.

Are you ready to speak for the public interest?
